If
you want to catch more Red Snapper and learn more about finding offshore fishing
spots then you have entered the right Web
site !! Hi, My name
is Rik Jacobsen
( click here to learn more about Rik Jacobsen ). I have been
fishing on the Texas Gulf coast offshore of Galveston , Freeport and Matagorda
Texas all my life. Over the last thirty five years I
have fished for fun from my own boat, operated
charter boats and have been hired as captain to operate private yachts. I have been fortunate to have spent many hours doing what I
really love to do. My passion for red snapper fishing took over a long time
ago and I work hard to learn how to find them and how to catch them. Now
I am
teaching anglers from all over Texas with a unique service of private
instructional charters Red
Snapper
fishing lessons. To give
you a head start my books give you Texas
Gulf coast Loran and GPS coordinates
for Red Snapper Rocks, Reefs
and Wrecks that I have collected over the years. All of these spots are guaranteed
to be accurate. Want to learn more?
Use
the menu bars to check out my site. "See Some Fish"
includes some great
offshore fishing related photos. We catch all the
Texas Gulf fishes including Kingfish, Ling, Amberjack and Dorado so you
will see some of these in the photo gallery along with the red snapper
photos. "Tips and
Spots" is a monthly feature that includes bottom fishing tips
along with a selected monthly spot (wreck, rock ,reef or a hang)
in GPS and Loran coordinates. These are not hypothetical spots but are
in fact guaranteed spots that you should be able to easily find.
"Snapper Lessons" describes my private fishing lessons
and offshore charters on your boat. The "Book and Videos"
section includes my 101 and 102 fishing books along with a
video that has good techniques interviews and some great underwater snapper schools. Don't forget to click on the
"Contact Rik" and send me your thoughts on the Web
page, order the fishing books and videos or to check on a private lesson
on your boat.
